Project lead, rigging, and lighting.
I built a system to generate mouth animation based on the audio in anticipation of this becoming a running campaign with sub-24-hour turnaround, in consideration of all the material the subject was generating. My goal was to automate the entire process so as few people as possible in the production team actually had to listen to the audio.
Ultimately the campaign was limited to 2 spots and hand keyed animation provided some welcome nuance.
